Director of Strategy & Planning Manager is a key role within the Business Development, Partnerships, and Alliances team in the Security & Collaboration Technology Group. You will work on a fast-paced and dynamic team responsible for providing operational support and accelerating partnership activities in collaboration with the Business Development Managers.
You will support cross-functional teams (working with Product Marketing, Marketing, Finance, Sales) to identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and/or strategic problems. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in growing teams, and solving problems with minimal oversight.
What You'll Do
- Manage a hard-working team of analysts to drive key priorities and leverage analytics to drive business priorities that are highly visible to executives
- Design, optimize and implement a standard cadence of operations to deliver operational insights (e.g., weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews) with operational efficiency and charter metrics
- Lead quantitative and qualitative analytical work that unlocks business insights and drives business results for the team

Strong desire to get beyond the abstract and general to deliver rigorous, nuanced, and actionable recommendations; proven ability to deliver insightful data analysis & synthesis Candidate must be a self-starter, independent, and a driver. And candidate must be detail oriented, proactive, takes initiative and highly organized, and act with a sense of urgency.
Basic Qualifications
- 9+ years of work experience in business operations, sales operations, business development, corporate strategic planning, management consulting, finance or related fields.
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel (financial modeling) and MS Office.
- Experience with Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to learn new tools and applying an analytical approach to bring operational efficiency to the broader team is required.
