Job Title: NICE CXone Specialist (Remote - MN)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled NICE CXone Specialist to join our team remotely. This role involves configuring NICE CXone workflows for various contact center use cases, maintaining and supporting NICE CXone-based solutions, and creating detailed reports. The ideal candidate will mentor junior analysts, adapt to new service and product sets within the NICE CXone suite, and provide support for Amazon Connect technology. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle business stakeholder meetings independently are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure NICE CXone workflows for contact center operations.
- Maintain and support NICE CXone solutions for various agents.
- Generate and analyze reports on NICE CXone product components.
- Mentor junior analysts and guide their development.
- Adapt to new NICE CXone service and product offerings.
- Support Amazon Connect technology integration.
- Conduct and manage business stakeholder meetings effectively.
