Position Overview:
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology strategy and operations. Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer, VP of Technology, or similar leadership role in the manufacturing industry.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing technologies, including automation, robotics, IoT, and AI.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
