Position Overview
In this role, you will play a key part in driving innovation and overseeing the development, launch, and lifecycle management of our product portfolios. You will lead projects that serve a diverse range of customers, from residential users to large enterprises, reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify needs, opportunities, and gaps, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Develop a deep understanding of product platforms and customer needs, documenting customer personas, journeys, and user experience guidelines.
- Lead the innovation agenda for our product platforms, proposing new features to continuously enhance both User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX).
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, IT, Marketing, Network, Operations, Finance, Service Delivery, and Service Assurance teams to ensure seamless service development and management.
- Prepare and understand requirements for new products and platforms across various market segments, including Mass Markets, Enterprise, and Wholesale.
- Collaborate with IT and key stakeholders to translate product requirements into actionable tasks for software developers and network architects.
- Establish and manage comprehensive plans involving all necessary resources for the successful development, implementation, and launch of new projects.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to evaluate, test, and select technological solutions that align with our product initiatives.
- Participate in meetings with customers, vendors, and industry events to promote our brand and better understand customer needs.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience with telecommunications products such as Metro Ethernet, GPON, Broadband Internet, DIA, SD-WAN, and managed services like WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi and Cybersecurity.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
- Experience launching new products in the U.S. market for various customer segments is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, product architecture, sales engineering, or operations roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience managing a small team of Product Managers, Analysts, or Sales Engineers is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and Confluence is required.
