Requirements
- Extensive experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced and competitive market
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiation and presentation skills are required
- Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives
- Charismatic and dynamic personality, with the ability to captivate and engage potential customers
- Provide coaching and training to team members
- Assess team performance and implement enhancements
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
