Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Customer Care Officer at Pro Talent. The Inbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing customer service operations, resolving escalated issues, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience.
