Join a dynamic team of cybersecurity professionals in a pivotal role where you will lead the development and delivery of Zero Trust solutions across various private-sector industries. In this position, you will act as a solutions architect and cyber executive, driving client engagements and expanding our cybersecurity footprint.
You will provide strategic leadership to Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations, guiding them in integrating Zero Trust principles into their system architectures, enhancing network security, and reducing attack surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead Project Workstreams: Oversee large-scale projects and collaborate with a team of subject matter experts to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop Secure Solutions: Coordinate with a team of experts to identify the best tools and techniques, translating clients' IT security needs into secure and effective solutions.
- Innovate and Adapt: Investigate new techniques and move beyond legacy models to align with industry advancements.
- Architect Solutions: Design security architecture with a critical approach, balancing security needs with business requirements.
- Address Challenges: Utilize your technical expertise to help clients navigate complex cybersecurity issues, including IoT, OT, Cloud security, Automation and Orchestration, identity and access management, and more.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in IT operations, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture within large organizations, with a proven track record in technical project delivery.
- Expertise: Experience in architecting Zero Trust solutions and aligning with industry standards such as NIST 800-207 or DoD Zero Trust Strategy.
- Leadership: Ability to guide senior leaders, including CISOs and CTOs, in developing and executing cybersecurity strategies.
- Collaboration: Skilled in working with project teams to integrate cybersecurity solutions and create high-quality implementation plans.
- Communication: Proficiency in authoring technical documentation and thought leadership content on cybersecurity topics.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Nice to Have
- Additional Experience: Background in cybersecurity compliance, operations, or engineering leadership roles.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with security tools for large-scale federal or commercial organizations, including innovative technologies like AI, machine learning, and Big Data.
- Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Oracle, or Google Cloud Platform architectures.
- Mentorship: Experience coaching and mentoring junior staff.
- Certifications: Information Security certifications such as CEH, CISM, CCSP, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+.

The projected salary range for this position is \(139,400 to \)259,000 annually, depending on factors such as location and experience.
Work Model
Our flexible work culture values collaboration and adaptability, whether in-person or remote. If this role is remote or hybrid, you will work from home with periodic visits to client or company sites. If onsite, you'll work directly with colleagues and clients as needed.
