Ovise has partnered on this search with an industry-leading cybersecurity organization! As an Ethical Hacker, you will play a crucial role in protecting the organization’s digital assets by identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities across our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct penetration tests on networks, applications, and systems to identify security weaknesses and vulnerabilities.
- Perform in-depth analysis of security vulnerabilities and provide actionable recommendations for remediation.
- Execute security assessments, including but not limited to, web application testing, mobile application testing, and social engineering.
- Collaborate with the Incident Response Team to investigate security breaches and provide expert input on containment and remediation strategies.
- Prepare detailed technical reports of findings, including risk assessment, impact analysis, and remediation recommendations for stakeholders.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Professional certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or GPEN are highly preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in ethical hacking, penetration testing, or related security roles.
- Proficiency in penetration testing methodologies, tools, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Strong understanding of network security, operating systems, cloud environments, and application security principles.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical hacking principles and responsible disclosure practices.
