About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic leader to build and lead our SLED (State, Local, and Education) Go-To-Market (GTM) team from the ground up. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive our success in the Public Sector and tap into a vast market potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue performance and manage Senior Management reporting for the SLED team.
- Recruit, lead, and retain a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for SLED accounts.
- Create and implement an effective GTM strategy for the SLED sector.
What You Bring To The Table
- 10+ years of experience in tech sales, with at least 5 years in sales management.
- Proven track record of selling enterprise solutions to U.S. SLED accounts.
- Established relationships in the territory.
- Experience interacting with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SLED contracting and procurement processes and experience with VARs (e.g., Carahsoft, SHI, CDW).
- Ability to generate demand in a new technology category.

Compensation
The starting base salary for this role ranges from \(150,000 to \)185,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, business needs, and market conditions. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for bonuses, benefits, and equity as part of our competitive total rewards package.
