Position Summary
In this role, you’ll play a crucial leadership role in overseeing our risk management framework across various departments, including Risk & Compliance, Resolutions/Collections, and Information Security. You will ensure that we operate within regulatory guidelines, mitigate risks effectively, and safeguard our assets and member information.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Risk Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework aligned with strategic objectives. Identify, assess, and monitor risks, ensuring effective mitigation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Compliance Oversight: Manage the compliance program, stay updated on regulatory changes, and ensure necessary adjustments. Develop policies, conduct training, and liaise with regulatory agencies.
- Resolutions/Collections: Create strategies for effective account resolution and collection. Oversee the collections team, analyze delinquency trends, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Information Security: Implement and monitor security policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and provide training to safeguard information assets.
- Leadership: Guide and mentor the compliance, collections, and information security teams. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration with senior leadership.

Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Security, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, compliance, collections, and information security.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Professional certifications such as CRCM, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.

Work Environment
Office setting with standard office equipment. Hybrid role requiring 1-2 days per week in the office.
Physical Requirements
Frequent sitting, occasional walking, and use of hands. Must be able to exert up to 10 lbs of force occasionally.
