Overview
You will lead the charge in optimizing audience data and technology platforms to enhance marketing strategies for a major client. This role involves managing audience design and activation processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing data to drive impactful media strategies. You will work closely with our data and platform solutions team, ensuring the effective use of digital data and ad technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and activation of audience strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Drive the creation of audience-driven media plans and insights in collaboration with internal teams.
- Utilize audience data to shape campaign strategies across a diverse client portfolio.
- Direct data science workflows and strategies to support integrated audience delivery.
- Manage the deployment of audience solutions and coordinate with channel partners, marketing teams, and media planners.
- Build and manage audience data processes, and share insights with partners to optimize performance.
- Partner with media, strategy, and investment teams to enhance planning capabilities using audience insights.
- Serve as an internal expert on audience strategies and data science methodologies.
- Support the creation of key deliverables such as timelines, POVs, RFPs, and presentations.
- Stay updated on media trends, privacy regulations, and the latest in Adtech/Martech.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and storytelling skills to drive team alignment and action.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital media, ad technology, ad operations, or analytics.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
- Proven experience in leading data science initiatives and utilizing audience data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Familiarity with accounting/mathematical principles; statistical analysis experience is a plus.
Additional Information
- Compensation Range: \(159,500 - \)250,500 annually. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role, which will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. We reserve the right to adjust this range as necessary.
