Senior Vice President, Technical Product Specialist and App Delivery Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Technical Product Specialist and App Delivery, to join our Engineering team for Enterprise Client Relationship Management. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Serve as liaison between Client Service Directors and CRM Engineering for any Client Service-related projects and initiatives.
- Head a small team of about 4-5 engineers and data scientists focused on building data pipelines and delivering insights to Client Service Directors
- Ensure fitment of initiatives within the broader ambit/scope/priorities of the CRM portfolio
- Improve the experience of the bank’s clients when they use our platforms, by offering tools to our internal teams to manage those relationships more effectively and via better-quality and timely data
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or related analytical fields, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience of at least 10 years in the financial services industry, having worked closely with different stakeholders globally
- Strong execution skills and ability to navigate the organization to get things done
- Strong hands-on technical skills to be able to swiftly create prototypes, analyze data, and build dashboards
- Lead a small team and provide technical- and career-related coaching
- 10+ years of experience in a systems SCM environment, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
Manages a medium to large-sized or multiple small SCM teams. Is responsible for defining the overall methodology for assigned projects. Plans and manages multiple SCM activities. Leads technical and managerial staff with regard to SCM activities. Provides SCM resource estimates and assigns appropriate resources. Structures and monitors activities based upon approved project methodologies. Collects and analyzes data and produces progress reports. Directs changes to processes to improve efficiencies and outcomes. Interacts with varied levels of management and development groups in support of the SCM effort. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Manages one or multiple SCM teams. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
