Job Title: Information Technology Manager
We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to support the day to day operations within the IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for user support, endpoint management, security, and end user training.

Essential Duties
- Performs critical tasks to support IT infrastructure including day-to-day operations, user support, endpoint management, security, and end-user training.
- Acts as key resource in managing implementation projects for IT infrastructure including communications, endpoint configuration, ERP migration, e-mail migration, user training, documentation, and other important activities to ensure successful transitions.
- Manages and acts as primary IT resource for critical projects such as cloud migrations, security implementations, ERP enhancements and other important large tasks.
- Identify issues by managing incidents in the organization's ticketing system and regularly review tickets for updates and information, as necessary.
- Maintain internal documentation including user training, maintenance schedules, security alerts and other information relevant to the organization.
- Provide end-user training for software, hardware, processes, business systems and other IT-related situations as necessary.
- Assists users by answering questions and providing support in a timely manner.
- Provides problem resolution, reassigning or escalating advanced inquiries to appropriate technician or staff.
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- Train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
- Maintains knowledge of technical innovations, trends, and best practices; makes recommendations for new software and hardware.
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years proven experience working with IT systems in a corporate environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 environment including user management, device management and other areas
- Deep knowledge of Entra (Azure) including configuration, identity management, device management, security, and other areas
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and various deployment methodologies
- Experience working with mainstream SaaS ticketing solution and understanding of common practices
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
- Ability to overnight travel approximately 30% of the time

Physical Requirements
Employee may be required to lift and carry approximately 25 – 75 lbs. as needed. The employee will spend approximately 70% of the time sitting, 10% standing, 10% walking, 10% stooping, climbing and kneeling.
Other Requirements
Ability to work all scheduled hours as needed, including after hour emergencies as needed and ability to work between multiple locations. If usage of employee’s own vehicle is required for company business, employee must obtain appropriate insurance per Company Policy. Employee must be licensed and able to operate vehicle in accordance with state law. Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record from State Motor Vehicle Bureau and be available for overnight travel up to 50% of the time.
