Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role, with a strong focus on Oracle technologies.
Extensive experience managing Oracle systems, including Oracle Cloud, Oracle Database, and Oracle ERP applications.
Strong understanding of Oracle’s technology stack and its application in business environments.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail
