Schneider Electric is offering a position for a Senior Offer Manager specializing in Variable Speed Drives in Raleigh, NC. The Senior Offer Manager position is part of the Offer Management team in Industrial Automation Business within Schneider Electric. This role will focus on product lifecycle management, market intelligence collection and Launch process coordination to grow and promote business within the US. This role will work with various functional teams within the organization, partners, and customers to promote our offers and achieve results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the strategy around product, price, promotion, place for the assigned Low Voltage Drives products.
- Understand and capture customer needs and define new offer scope and specifications in alignment with NAM and Global market needs and company strategy.
- Identify market trends, disruptions and opportunities that can impact offer performance and drive initiatives to capitalize on it.
- Develop Offer Specifications and ensure that they are aligned with market requirements and company strategy. Close working with Engineering teams for new offer creation, support the offer gaps technical requirement document.
- Launch new offers, manage launch performance, and achieve offer program objectives.
- Price positioning across all Go-To-Markets (GTMs) and geographies to capture offer value and ensure competitiveness.
- Provide product specific strategic direction to the sales team through development and deployment of offer strategy plan/playbook.
- Contribute to sales forecast process.
Qualifications:
- Engineering graduate (Mechanical / Energy Engineering / Equivalent); MBA is a plus.
- More than 5 years of experience in product/Offer management, biz development and similar techno-commercial roles for Variable Speed Drives or related products.
- Proficient in managing product lifecycle, including successful product launches and go-to-market strategies globally.
- Strong leadership skills to coordinate with multiple teams, ensuring technical support and efficient supply chain management.
- Expertise in price positioning, market strategies, and creating references in systems
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage a portfolio and work collaboratively with teams
- Background in market team operations and a deep understanding of market dynamics
- Extensive experience in VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) markets and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) operations.
