- Responsible for coordinating and implementing activities required to provide customer demonstration of all XRS products for potential sales.
- Will also provide as needed, customer training, system workflow integration, and image quality consultation for purposes of differentiating Carestream XRS products for successful sales events.
- Products primarily supported are the entire Carestream XRS product line.
- Build customer loyalty and satisfaction as part of a strategy where customers themselves promote our products as measured by the Net Promoter Score.
- Create working relationships within key accounts.
- Work closely with Radiologists, Clinicians, and other professional staff to ensure that Carestream differentiators are clearly observed by end users and decision makers.
- Provide ongoing support to resolve application related and image quality concerns on both a product and system level.
- Provide product demonstration and trade show support as requested.
- Provide Voice of the Customer input together with the Sales team and Marketing regional manager.
- Provide feedback to Sales, Service, Engineering and Product Line Management on equipment issues.
- Support sales team in sales training and furthering the team’s financial goals.
- Will work closely with the XRS Specialist and Account Executive in the qualification of opportunities.
Candidates should be geographically located in the Western U.S., preferably Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, California, Idaho, Washington or Oregon. Travel will be focused on the West but may include anywhere in the U.S.
Required Skills & Education:
- Radiologic Technology certification with the A.R.R.T. in good standing.
- 3+ years of experience in related Radiology disciplines (e.g. CT, MR, US, DR and Diagnostic Radiology).
- Fundamental knowledge of Radiology workflow and departmental operations
- A working knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications to include Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member to achieve customer satisfaction and Carestream business objectives.
- Understand the goals of the customer in demonstration/sales event and make use of that that knowledge to professionally consult with the customer.
- Individual will exhibit a professional appearance and be effective with oral and written communication.
- Able and willing to travel extensively across the U.S. Company vehicle is provided.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Carestream equipment highly desired.
