Take2 is hiring an Information Security Analyst - TS/SCI (HYBRID.)
Job Duties:
Assist in the development, planning, monitoring, instructing, and implementing of effective INFOSEC programs for ARNG.
Perform oversight reviews to monitor program implementation and practices throughout the 54 ARNG states and territories.
Process requests and questions from states’ security managers for INFOSEC support and assist with automating the state request system.
Interpret National Security requirements to update, develop, and implement ARNG INFOSEC policies and procedures on matters pertaining to processing, dissemination, and controlling of classified materials.
Conduct INFOSEC workshops, security briefings, and security education programs for ARNG throughout the 54 states and territories.
Support Army Protection Program Assessment (APPA) trips to help assess and improve the INFOSEC programs throughout the 54 states and territories.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Security training equivalent to that of the Center for Development of Security Expertise (CDSE) STEPP (Security Training, Education, and Professionalization Portal), including INFOSEC-focused courses such as:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years or more of related experience; OR Masters and four (4) years or more experience.
3+ years’ information security experience and in-depth knowledge of INFOSEC-related regulations and instructions, including:
AR 380-5 “Army Information Security Program”
DoDI 5200.01 “DoD Information Security Program and Protection of SCI”
DoDI 5200.48 “Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)”
1+ years’ experience with assessments, inspections, and/or evaluation of security programs.
Possess strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
Possess strong analytic and organization skills, works well independently without nearby corporate support.
