Team
The technology infrastructure team at Interval Partners manages the technology infrastructure at the firm, including network infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, and telecommunications infrastructure. The team ensures business continuity, manages cybersecurity risk for the firm, manages data security, leads technology infrastructure project management, evaluates, deploys, and supports enterprise software solutions, and manages relationships with third party IT service providers.
Role
The firm is currently seeking to grow its capabilities in technology infrastructure and systems management and is seeking a qualified candidate to be a part of the team as an Associate in Information Technology. The successful applicant will lead projects and processes on the technology infrastructure team and will support existing solutions for the firm.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage information technology projects to ensure adherence to schedule.
- Investigate, recommend, deploy, configure, monitor, and support enterprise applications.
- Maintain, administer, and support computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, and all configurations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
- Collaborate with others to develop, improve, and document guidelines, procedures, and policy.
- Communicate with colleagues to understand specific system requirements, specifications, or details.
- Direct the installation of computer or network hardware.
- Recommend changes to improve computer or information systems.
- Support cybersecurity and disaster recovery operations.
- Manage technology-related employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
Preferred Experience
- 0-4 years of experience in networking, systems administration, project management, or managing enterprise applications.
