That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Business Development Representative (BDR) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our product. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal BDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and helping to grow the enterprise vertical. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Objectives of this Role
- Top of funnel- Pipeline Builders – We’re here to build/grow a strong pipeline for our SLED team in North America.
- Using Cyberbit’s Ideal Customer Profile guidelines – Identify net new opportunities/prospects leveraging value prop message with end goal of completing a specific number of demo each month.
- Expedite “contact me now” requests from website - qualify and set demo for Sales team.
- Mid funnel – assisting Sales team by moving/progressing opportunities down funnel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage high volume and quality prospecting to generate and qualify leads through emails, ABM, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Strategize target accounts with members of the Sales Team and Identify message/value prop
- Schedule Demo calls between (prospective) clients and the Sales Team
- Stay up to date with new products/services and new industry trends
- Filed events – attend onsite events to promote and or capture hand raisers
- Complete qualified lead wright ups and handoff to Account Executive in preparation for Demonstration with prospective customers.
- KPIs – complete a specific number of attempts each day such as calls, emails, social touches.
Requirements:
- Multitasker with a self-starter attitude.
- Cybersecurity experience
- Proficient in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Lusha, Google alerts or equivalent
- Min of 1 -2 years of SDR/BDR experience with generating new sales opportunities.
- History of exceeding goals
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and social selling
- Proven ability to take initiative.
- Strong problem-solving analytical skills
- Min of 2-3 years’ experience using PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Preferred Qualifications
- President’s Club awardees a major plus
- Prior experience as a SLED SDR/BDR
- Professional connections with decision makers in Cybersecurity a bonus
- Understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms and their role in the sales cycle
- Enjoy attending onsite partner events.
