We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Sales Executive passionate about making a real impact in global security. In this position, you will help protect organizations against some of the most advanced threats in the world. As a Regional Sales Manager focusing on State & Local Government and Education (SLED) accounts, you'll manage Enterprise-level accounts across the Great Lakes Region, including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce and showcase our cybersecurity solutions, aligning them with the needs of clients, and ultimately helping them enhance their security posture.

This role is field-based, and candidates located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, or Indiana are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and execute strategies to close new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers throughout your assigned region.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales goals and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements that align with company objectives and quota expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs and CSOs, to drive strategic initiatives and sales outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Support) to ensure seamless communication and client engagement.
- Partner with channel networks to leverage their existing account relationships and expand client opportunities.
- Keep up-to-date and accurate records of client information using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Requirements
- 5+ years of field sales experience, particularly in Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
- Proven track record of success in acquiring net new accounts and hitting revenue targets.
- Extensive experience in the State and Local Government and Education (SLED) sector.
- Strong executive relationships and ability to work with senior leadership to drive results.
- Ability to articulate how complex technology solutions can solve business challenges.
- Experience in solution selling and consultative sales techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and decision-making abilities.
- A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
