IT Technician at our Sacramento, CA office
.
Position Description:
The
IT Technician will aid in supporting end users. Working with employees, both in person and remotely with questions and problems concerning computer systems, hardware and software.
Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities:
- Support end user's devices (computers and mobile devices) while on site and document via the FreshService ticketing system
- Walk employees step-by-step through the problem-solving process
- Manage users in Active Directory, Office365, and other third-party applications
- Assist with onboarding of new users to train on IT Security and Policies
- Follow up with employees to ensure satisfactory service
- Mitigate common issues by creating automated responses
- Meet SLA metrics and report out to recommend process improvements
- Deploy new hardware and software to employees based on their title.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent
- On path for Degree, Certificate, or similar in Information Technology and/or A+ and/or Network+ certification a plus
- 2+ Years supporting a help desk or related technical support experience
- Valid license
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds often
- Proficient with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
- Active Directory and Office365 experience
- iOS devices, MDT, and FreshService experience a plus
- Must have strong communication skills in fast paced environment
Salary Range:
$25.00/hour - $30.00/hour
- This is a non-exempt/hourly position
