About The Role:
The Office Coordinator will be based between our three offices, Bionic & Flow, located in Tel Aviv and CrowdStrike located in Ramat Gan. This position oversees the daily activities needed to ensure a functional, efficient, safe and desirable working environment for employees and takes ownership of all aspects related to our day-to-day office operation & budget.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs – liaise with building management, provide access to building & external contractors. POC for security & IT also providing access for their contractors
- Organize office operations and procedures – maintain office guide & internal facilities platform page, ensure all health and safety guidance is followed, serve as POC for internal & external fire department.
- Health & Safety – POC for auditor on local requirements, engaging with vendors for costs & works, completing required assessments & keeping all logs up to date
- Support procurement and manage new contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
- Support IT & security in their onboarding of new employees
- Partner with the HRBP on annual welfare plan and activities
- Assist the HRBP with coordination and execution of company events, toasts, birthday & holidays gifts etc. Support with arrangements & logistics
- Work hand in hand with the managers and employees to optimize the work environment for the different teams and needs
- Manage external vendors (cleaning, food and beverage, delivery services, parking, etc.)
- Purchase equipment
- Initiate and execute actions to continuously improve the work environment and strengthen the sense of community among employees and team members
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Provide general administrative support to the Management team
- Coordinate with IT & security departments on their needs for the office
- Provide general support to visitors
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues using our ticketing platform
- Manage correspondence

About The Role :
We are seeking an experienced Back-End engineer to be part of the core Falcon For IT product group. In this role, you will be part of the cloud engineering team, responsible for the heart of the Falcon For IT module, working closely with other teams such as UI and Sensor.
About The Product:
Falcon For IT is our newest product release which helps IT & Security teams to get answers to the most difficult questions about their infrastructure, apps and endpoints, utilizing our Charlotte AI to ease usability and speedup response and remediation of issues. The product is a cloud based solution allowing customers to query their entire endpoints to address IT challenges working in synergy with our Sensor, which is a driver installed on client machines that observes system activity and apps, recognizes malicious behavior, then provides on-box prevention capability and remote telemetry to the cloud.
What You'll Do:
- You will be joining the Falcon For IT team that delivers a unified endpoint management module to help customers manage their infrastructure, apps and endpoints.

- In this role, you will lead multiple initiatives on the cloud-side the Falcon For IT module supporting sensor telemetry and debuggability.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $135,000 - $210,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
