IT Manager
The IT Manager will have corporate-wide responsibility for all data, voice, and TV services. The IT Manager will be responsible for planning, development, installation, maintenance, and management of assigned projects, including the IT services related to build out, new products, and new partnerships. The IT Manager is responsible for ensuring IT projects and task are completed
in a timely manner.
Essential Functions
- Design, manage and oversee the implementation of projects and task related from IT Management.
- Provides leadership, training, mentoring, coaching, and direction to our IT operations team
- Understand a secure and robust voice and data network infrastructure (Telecommunications, Wired/Wireless Data, Video)
- Ability to take complex issues and break down into smaller simpler task then articulate to IT Team members for execution.
- Strong Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Microsoft core knowledge.
- Strong Apple and audio visual background.
- Strong networking and telecom background with SIP base focus.
- Manage and monitor of service level agreements for network and phone systems including pro-active notification and trouble resolution.
- Advise, recommend, enforce, and review technological standards and solutions in order to implement new Networking/Telecom strategies required.
- Responsible for budgeting, capacity planning and contract management related to the network and telecom service and equipment providers.
- Provide technical expertise to management on issues such as security trends, identifying opportunities for further systems enhancements.
- Provide the management & support of all IT related equipment & processes related to new location openings
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has overall supervisory responsibility for the Network Operations team.
Required Education And Experience
- An A.S. or B.S. degree strongly preferred, with 4+ years of Information Technology working within an organized business environment.
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in clinic IT operation is strongly preferred but not required.
- Possesses strong leadership and organizational skills. 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role strongly preferred. Proven ability to train and develop staff, applying applicable knowledge and experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to actively contribute as a team player and superior attention to detail required.
- Strong technical knowledge related to Wide Area Network, Local Area Network, software application, hardware and mobile devices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy required.
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize while alternating between tasks.
- Adaptability and willingness to consistently learn new skills.
- Highly skilled in installing, management, and maintenance of hardware (i.e. TCP/IP networking, gateways, servers, bridges, routers)
- Experience with LAN, WAN, VPN, VoIP, Firewalls, PBX etc.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize and work in a cross matrixed work environment.
- Experience with contract negotiations with network/telecom vendors.
- Strong verbal and written skills with ability to present and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Strong customer service focus, and experience working with end-users.
