In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue and expanding market share for our security products within your assigned territory. You will cultivate relationships with key customers, execute strategic sales plans, and collaborate closely with internal and external teams to achieve growth targets.
Major Functions/Accountabilities
- Develop and execute action plans aligned with company strategy to drive sales growth.
- Focus on engaging end users, architects, and consultants to generate demand and secure specifications in the security sector.
- Cultivate expertise necessary to maximize success in the role.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with Area Sales Managers and Regional Sales Directors to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of customers, market opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement robust account growth plans for top customers in your territory.
- Manage all aspects of non-standard pricing and strategic goals with Manufacturer Representative Firms to support territory growth.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Requirements
- 5-10 years of sales experience in the Security Industry.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Proactive, energetic, and results-oriented mindset.
