The What
We’re looking for a
VP of Sale to lead and grow our US sales team. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, developing a winning sales strategy, and leading a team to hit targets. This role requires hands-on leadership, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to fuel Hoxhunt’s growth. This is in onsite roll based in Minnesota at our Edina office.
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute the sales strategy for the US market to meet growth objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets, fostering an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
- Business Development: Pursue and close high-value opportunities, building strong relationships with decision-makers. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure consistent market growth and client satisfaction.
- Sales Enablement: Provide direct support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle. Create and implement training programs that drive revenue and refine sales processes using data-driven insights.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape. Offer feedback to the product and marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet market demands.
- Performance Management: Set clear performance goals, monitor team progress, and report on sales performance and forecasts to leadership.
The Who
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience: 10+ years in sales, with at least 5 in a leadership role, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS. Proven track record in driving revenue growth and closing complex deals.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive self-starter with a focus on innovation. Ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication abilities, with experience developing high-performing sales teams and influencing key stakeholders.
