Overview:
The Field Security Director oversees the efficient operation of 1,000 weekly guard hours across 10 clients and manages 25 security officers. This role is responsible for maintaining quality service, conducting site inspections, ensuring uniform compliance, providing on-site training, client visits, and hiring officers. The director will track procedures, assist in scheduling, and proactively maintain client accounts.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of security experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Prior law enforcement or police department experience (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 1,000 weekly guard hours for 10 clients
- Conduct site inspections and ensure uniform compliance
