About The Role

In this position, you will play a crucial role in protecting organizations against advanced cyber threats by positioning our portfolio of next-generation cybersecurity and threat intelligence solutions. You will collaborate with senior executives in your territory to articulate our go-to-market strategies and showcase how our cutting-edge technologies can meet their needs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of senior sales professionals, providing day-to-day management and support.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines, territory plans, and account strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Oversee forecasting, quota attainment, and sales presentations.
- Cultivate a deep network of VAR (Value-Added Resellers) partners to support sales strategies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships across your region.
- Negotiate and close agreements to meet or exceed booking and revenue targets.
- Target and establish relationships with key decision-makers in high-priority accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance account visibility and drive prospect engagement.
- Leverage partner relationships to strengthen account presence and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.com and other analytics tools.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and fostering a culture of excellence.
- 10+ years of successful experience in solution sales, specifically in cybersecurity software and/or infrastructure products.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS technologies, along with competitive offerings in the market.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets through target account selling or solution selling.
- Proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to build executive relationships.
- Ability to understand how technology solutions address business challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues quickly.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and travel on short notice.
- A drive to succeed and contribute to the growth of a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
