Responsibilities
- Provide Helpdesk support and respond to user requests for assistance with computer hardware and software.
- Ensure all support tickets are triaged and resolved within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Offer 2nd tier support for IT technicians, including developing and maintaining documentation for common issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the IT Supervisor when necessary.
- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, security, and reliability.
- Install and configure network hardware, software, and applications.
- Manage network user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Troubleshoot network issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Monitor network traffic and capacity, recommending improvements.
- Support mobile devices and assist with Office 365 for Android and iPhones.
- Manage and secure system backups.
- Provide end-user training on effective use of IT systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field with relevant certifications.
- 3-5 years of experience in network administration or a related IT field.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP).
- Hands-on experience with network routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- High school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of network administration experience, along with relevant certifications or coursework.
Additional Requirements
- Reliable transportation to travel between offices in multiple counties.
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when necessary.
- Primarily office-based, with possible remote work opportunities.

Salary Range
\(71,424- \)95,748 with opportunities for annual increases.
