Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy and business plan for the AWS partnership, focusing on Corporate and SMB segment goals.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong partnerships with AWS stakeholders, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
- Revenue Growth: Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop joint solutions, and drive revenue through the AWS alliance.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies, joint marketing programs, and co-branded initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on alliance performance using key metrics to ensure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Goal Setting: Set and manage revenue targets, collaborating closely with AWS sales teams to achieve or exceed these goals.
- Forecasting: Provide regular updates on opportunity pipelines and forecasts to ensure goals are met.
- AWS Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of AWS services, partner programs, and the APN Customer Engagement (ACE) portal to drive success.
- Sales Training & Support: Educate and support the sales team on AWS solutions, competitive positioning, and industry best practices.
- Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, AWS conferences, and customer meetings to promote the partnership and increase brand awareness.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about trends, the AWS ecosystem, and customer needs to enhance the value of the partnership.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 30% for events, conferences, and customer meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in alliance management, business development, or a related role within the technology sector, focusing on AWS or cloud solutions.
- AWS Knowledge: Solid understanding of AWS services, the AWS partner ecosystem, and how to align them with business growth strategies.
- Cybersecurity & Cloud: Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships at all levels.
- Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and meet key objectives.
- Leadership: Self-starter who is motivated, focused, and adept at leading cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solver: Hands-on problem solver who can generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Revenue Driven: Track record of achieving targets and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
