Responsibilities
- Become a Wine Guru by leveraging your expertise to curate the perfect selection of Italian wines, ensuring a diverse offering.
- Build a Winning Team through recruitment, training, and inspiration of sales superstars who share a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Forge Lasting Partnerships by developing strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, becoming a trusted advisor in the wine industry.
- Strategize for Success by developing winning sales plans and executing innovative promotional programs to drive growth and brand awareness.
- Travel to attend industry events and connect with partners across the Eastern U.S.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, ideally within the wine and beverage industry (7-10 years of experience is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; building strong relationships comes naturally.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach, focused on optimizing performance.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys challenges; the wine sales world is never dull!
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
