Responsibilities
- Perform root cause analysis to provide problem resolution for hardware and software related issues
- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems and SQL based application databases.
- User account creation provisioning and deprovisioning in Active Directory.
- Read technical manuals, confer with users, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems
- Develop training materials and work instructions procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
- Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or other Motus team members for assistance.
- Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken, and installation activities.
- Set up equipment for employee use, installing software such as Windows OS, Microsoft Office, VPN software, End Point Protection, and other business-related applications.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 Years experience in a related role.
- Associates degree in IT or related field.
- Basic SQL experience is a must for this role, individual should be capable of running query statements and executing existing script.
- Proactive, a self starter, capable of tackling tickets, tasks, and developing action items on their own.
