About The Role:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within enterprise clients, whilst growing existing client relationships. You will position CrowdStrike as the supplier of choice within your accounts.
To meet and exceed your individual sales quota, you will drive the sales cycle to success. You will meet the client’s requirements and be responsible for collaborating with the relevant internal teams to deliver successful sales proposals.
The right candidate will possess excellent energy and drive and a real desire to build business across a portfolio of accounts. They will have the ability to build effective relationships quickly and to find a valuable business within each account immediately that can then be enhanced by leveraging internal resources. What You'll Do:
- Work closely with internal resources and individually to build a successful pipeline to meet and exceed your individual sales quota
- Identify new business opportunities whilst establishing, developing and maintaining relationships up to executive-levels within your assigned portfolio
- Network within the client’s business and influence key decision makers, typically at C-level
- Act as CrowdStrike ambassador within specific client accounts
- Articulate and promote the company’s value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor within your customer base
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed account development plans, engagement strategies and targets for each account within your assigned portfolio
- Working in collaboration with internal teams and to lead a virtual team to drive and close opportunities
- Take control of opportunities and accurately forecast their business objectives and outcomes.
What You'll Need:
- Proven successful track record in a similar role selling high technology products to the mid-market space
- Ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-Level
- Strong Security Technology knowledge
- Native verbal, written and presentation skills in German
- Strong/ Native level in French is a plus
- Ability to create and deliver value propositions
- Ability to identify and influence key decision makers
- Ability to succeed in a quota driven sales environment
- Sales track record in the IT security industry preferred
- Capable of closing solutions and services opportunities in the range of €150k – €1m
- Familiar with formal sales training methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Miller-Hieman, TAS)
- Strong business acumen and professionalism. Leadership, accountability qualities required
- Salesforce.com experience preferable

About The Role:
CrowdStrike is a leading cybersecurity company that is dedicated to making the digital world safer and more secure. Our mission is to stop breaches and protect our clients from advanced cyber threats. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the success of our digital risk and external threat monitoring capabilities.
This role requires experience with monitoring or interacting with the criminal underground and a functional understanding of domain-based threats and company impersonations. The ultimate goal is to drive outcomes for customers, helping them quickly identify and defend against external threats and data exposures that could impact their company or customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the roadmap for our Recon digital risk monitoring capability
- Manage the vision, strategy, and execution of the Recon product, ensuring alignment with organization goals and customer needs.
- Support a unified monitoring and alerting capability:
- Align the Recon roadmap and capability delivery with our larger intelligence profile and monitoring frameworks for delivering priority alerts to customers.
- Drive outcomes for customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective workflows and integrations to drive actions based on Recon findings.
- Champion products with customers and in the market
- Be responsible for internal and external communication on CrowdStrike’s Intel platform solutions.
- Partner with Product Marketing to help define go-to-market strategy and messaging, assist with product positioning, benefits, and target personas
- Engage with sales and support to champion recent releases and guide future product direction.
- Connect with customers to gather product feedback and market needs.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience at enterprise-level software organizations specializing in digital monitoring, security operations, threat hunting, and/or cyber threat intelligence
- Deep knowledge of digital risk monitoring capabilities—including knowledge of criminal underground and dark web forums, threat actor behaviors, and content analysis—and intelligence analyst workflows
- Knowledge of and experience with internal and external threat hunting workflows
- Experience building and supporting third-party systems integrations
- Track record of planning both short and long-term technology direction in a collaborative fashion, gaining consensus and buy-in from key stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate product positioning and technology
- Strong quantitative and business analysis skills
- Ability to prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks
- Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams
- This position may eventually require up to 20% travel to customer and CrowdStrike locations worldwide

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $115,000 - $180,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
