Overview
We are partnering with a leading financial services/international payments company to find a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for a crucial contract project. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software delivery and extensive project management experience in SOX, audit, and security protocols.
- Contract Duration: 3+ Months
- Target Start Date: October 2024
- Hourly Rate: $60 - $90/hr DOE
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical projects related to SOX, GRC, and security compliance.
- Drive process improvements, change management, and implement controls to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Drive data-informed execution and problem-solving.
- Utilize agile and other program management methodologies.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical program management experience.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale projects and programs.
- Deep understanding of SOX, audit, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with tools such as Varonis, CyberArk, and ServiceNow for Enterprise InfoSec Management and SOX compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with agile and other program management methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience working in agile environments and with agile processes.
- Passion for driving innovative solutions.
- Experience in the financial services or international payments industry is preferred.
