Responsibilities:
Cloud Infrastructure Design and Management:
- Design, deploy, and manage AWS EKS clusters, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Work with AWS ECS (Fargate) to implement serverless container orchestration.
- Set up, configure, and maintain message brokers (Amazon MQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ) for distributed applications.
DevOps and Automation:
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Harness, GitLab, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions to automate the building, testing, and deployment of applications.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
- Design and configure tooling like CloudWatch and Datadog to maintain the health, performance, and security of AWS environments.
DevSecOps Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage security controls and processes across the CI/CD pipeline to ensure secure code deployment.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the security posture of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in security and DevSecOps roles.
- Strong experience with AWS services, including EKS, ECS (Fargate), and message brokers.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Harness, GitLab, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
- Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
- In-depth knowledge of security best practices and tools for cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
