Position Overview: EZDERM is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Product to lead our product strategy, development, and innovation. As the VP of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our dermatology-focused software products, ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of our clients and the healthcare industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and our User Advisory Group to drive the product roadmap, deliver high-impact solutions, and ensure a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision:
- Develop and lead the product vision and strategy for EZDERM's EHR and PMS solutions.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
- Ensure alignment of product initiatives with the company's overall business goals and mission.
- Roadmap Development:
- Build and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with both short- and long-term objectives.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Oversee the execution of the product development lifecycle from concept to release.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing product team, including product managers and UX/UI designers.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Partner with marketing and sales to launch new products and features, including go-to-market strategies and sales enablement.
- Work closely with customer success to gather and analyze feedback to improve product performance and satisfaction.
- Customer-Centric Focus:
- Engage with customers to deeply understand their workflows, challenges, and preferences.
- Ensure that all product decisions are driven by the goal of improving the customer experience and delivering exceptional value.
- Monitor and measure product success metrics, such as adoption rates, NPS scores, and user engagement.
- Leverage EZDERM’s User Advisory Group as a feedback loop.
- Innovation & Industry Expertise:
- Stay at the forefront of healthcare technology trends, particularly within dermatology and SaaS platforms.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, product features, and services that can differentiate EZDERM in the market.
- Ensure product compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other industry-specific standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, healthcare, etc.). MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in SaaS product development in healthcare technology with experience developing EHR and PMS solutions.
- Would prefer a strong understanding of dermatology or other medically focused specialty practice workflows and the specific needs of medical professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a product strategy that drives growth and customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
