Description
In this role, you will guide teams and the organization towards adopting Agile methodologies, enhancing performance, collaboration, and productivity. Leveraging your deep knowledge of Agile principles, you will mentor teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance Agile Practices: Support teams in implementing and refining frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
- Provide Coaching & Mentorship: Offer guidance to teams and stakeholders in understanding Agile values.
- Conduct Training: Lead workshops and training sessions to strengthen Agile practices.
- Evaluate & Improve: Assess performance metrics and create actionable improvement plans.
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Ensure that Agile ceremonies are productive.
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage teams to learn and adapt their processes.
- Align with Business Objectives: Work with leadership to connect Agile initiatives with business goals.
- Build Relationships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove obstacles.
- Advocate for Agile: Be a champion for Agile principles across the organization.
- Stay Current: Keep updated with industry trends and emerging Agile methodologies.
What We're Looking For
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field; Agile certifications like CSM or PMI-ACP are a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of Agile coaching experience with a track record in successful transformations.
- Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies in various team settings.
- Facilitation Skills: Excellent at facilitating and mentoring, influencing all levels of the organization.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships and create a collaborative environment.
- Assessment & Guidance: Skilled in evaluating team dynamics and guiding Agile journeys.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Trello, and Confluence.
- Problem-Solving: Strong focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to customize coaching methods for different teams.
- Self-Motivation: High self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Passion: A genuine passion for Agile methodologies and driving organizational change.
