Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of CRM to spearhead and enhance our CRM strategies across two leading dental brands. In this crucial position, you will be responsible for shaping the vision and executing CRM initiatives designed to elevate customer engagement, enhance retention, and drive business growth. You will lead a high-performing team and utilize data-driven insights to deliver outstanding experiences that foster new patient appointments, improve treatment plan acceptance, and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically develop and implement a holistic CRM strategy that aligns with both our business objectives and marketing goals for the respective brands.
- Innovate and execute forward-thinking CRM initiatives that promote engagement, retention, and revenue enhancement in the dental sector.
- Construct and refine customer journey maps to ensure each interaction maximizes acquisition, experience, and lifetime value.
- Implement a robust testing agenda to perpetually refine content and channel performance through data analysis and iterative learning.
- Supervise CRM channels, including email and SMS marketing, to optimize appointments, revenue, and overall operational efficiency.
- Monitor and assess CRM activities against established KPIs, producing dashboards and ad hoc reports to measure the success of initiatives.
- Lead the creation of marketing automation programs across email and mobile platforms, ensuring effectiveness in driving traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue.
Required Skills
- Profound understanding of CRM and Customer Data Platform (CDP) tools, such as Salesforce, Segment, and Snowflake, complemented by hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Demonstrable expertise in designing and executing cross-channel CRM strategies with a focus on customer retention and lifetime value.
- Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in CRM marketing, encompassing broad expertise in cross-channel strategies, customer segmentation, and direct marketing campaigns.
- At least 7 years of experience in a leadership role, driving strategic initiatives and leading teams.
