Pay Rate
The hourly rate for this position $30.80 - $41.80. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. About the Role: Provide acquisition and grant support services as related to the full spectrum of acquisition activities. Ensure contracts, grants and cooperative agreements, and inter-agency agreements are awarded per designated service level agreement (SLA) and in accordance with requisite statutes.
Additional Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Use existing purchase vehicles and commercial item lists for the acquisition of materials and services.
- Identify potential material sources and pre-qualify commercial suppliers.
- Compile information and records to draw up purchase orders.
- Assist in close out activities of contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and interagency agreements.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Experience Requirements
- Three (3) year of experience performing acquisition/administrative support duties
Education Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent required.
Other Required Skills & Abilities
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
