Job Overview
We are in search of an accomplished Vice President to spearhead our branch office operations. This position entails the strategic oversight of sales, business development, customer relations, project management, and administrative functions. You will be pivotal in driving the overall profitability and success of the branch, cultivating new business opportunities, and fostering robust industry connections. As a vital leader, your role will include inspiring and empowering your team to meet and exceed sales, revenue, and customer service objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Oversight: Direct the branch's profit and loss to guarantee financial prosperity. Achieve or surpass sales, revenue, and EBITDA targets while managing expenses within allocated budgets.
- Sales and Revenue: Assist the sales team in generating new business by establishing and nurturing relationships with industry professionals and referral networks. Propel project schedules and revenue to meet or exceed monthly benchmarks.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional talent through efficient coaching, training, and mentoring. Implement onboarding and performance management strategies, while promoting a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Operations Management: Oversee the management of company assets, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, as well as managing project schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with all pertinent laws and company policies.
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, alongside familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Strong leadership capabilities and team management expertise.
- Proven success in business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance restoration is preferred.
- At least 3 years of management experience is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field.
