Key Responsibilities

- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are not just met but exceeded.
- Monitor and optimize the integration and performance of our embedded staff at customer locations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the vision and goals for the Insite Solutions team, aligning initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Create and nurture a high-performing business development team through mentorship, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support team and organizational objectives.

- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel 50%-75%.
