Position: Regional Sales Manager, Federal Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated Federal/Civilian sales territory, focusing on pipeline development, account planning, and achieving ambitious sales quotas.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key decision-makers across all tiers of IT and senior management within the Federal/Civilian sector, driving effective sales strategies.
- Formulate and implement strategic account plans that identify and secure new business opportunities, while simultaneously fostering revenue growth from existing clients.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with the aim of surpassing booking and revenue targets.
- Engage with decision-makers in pivotal prospect accounts, targeting strategic opportunities in your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Services, and Customer Support, to enhance visibility and engagement with target accounts.
- Partner with established relationships to leverage their account presence effectively.
- Accurately maintain prospect data using Salesforce and MEDDPICC methodologies.
Required Skills
- Over 10 years of solution-selling experience, including a minimum of 3 years within software security or infrastructure products in the Federal Government and Civilian sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, accompanied by knowledge of competitive market offerings.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding booking and revenue targets through targeted account selling and consultative sales techniques.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive mentality, capable of cultivating executive relationships and generating demand for our solutions.
- Ability to simplify complex technological concepts, effectively addressing business challenges for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to resolving complex issues.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, complemented by effective presentation capabilities.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel on short notice and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
