The Regional Manager reports to the Vice President of Field Operations for the proper discharge of his/her duties. He/she may occasionally delegate a smaller portion of his/her authority to other qualified personnel, but does not relinquish his/her responsibility/ownership of the duties. The position is primarily all field operations while administering corporate policies. The following are the duties and responsibilities to successfully perform the job along with other duties as assigned.
- Daily:
- Field needs to report in 30 minutes into count with overall status.
- Regional is required to text V.P. of Field Operations in morning during first hour of live counts.
- Review remainder of week for potential issues.
- Review Red evaluations and ensure all necessary information is up to date.
- Review timesheet compliance and delivery to the Corporate Office within 24 hours of event.
- Monitor clean email requests daily. (Company Policy 4 hour reply requirement)
- Weekly:
- Ensure TSARs are corrected as needed each Friday.
- Ensure all timesheets are completed correctly and submitted or processing by Friday.
- Review schedule for rolling 3 weeks with Region via conference call.
- Ensure all evaluations are completed.
- Review schedule to ensure all auditors have accepted schedule personally.
- Review projections to ensure maximum return.
- Ensure that hiring and training are scheduled events minimum twice weekly per type.
- Ensure that all auditors are being offered scheduled hours on a rotating basis.
- Monthly:
- Personally witness one equipment inventory per district.
- Personally perform vehicle inspections on all field autos.
- Review hourly rates and dot rankings; address as needed.
- Review roster to ensure adequate to complete schedule for rolling quarters.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversight and Ownership for a set number of districts within his/her Operating territory Be fluent in PICSOL and PRISM.
- Protect our Brand.
- Ensure all District management personnel are customer centric, fluent in PICSOL, amiable in nature, self-motivated and in line with company standards, practices and goals.
- Monitor and Report unsafe work conditions.
- Ensure the necessary environmental corrections occur in a timely manner.
- Oversight for their districts Review weekly projections far enough in advance to work with management team to maximize profitability of all scheduled inventories. Controllable oversight for their group using a percentage to Revenue as set by the corporate office. Control and approve/deny all district expenses before they are exacted. Review business plan for any requested expenditures regarding hardware, travel, overnight stays, meals, rentals, etc. Monitor costs and necessity of split stores. High level review every 4 weeks of overall Region. Conduct quarterly District Audit Reviews, (DAR).
- Monitor and coach Plan on 3 day visits to districts to work in a with management staff in conjunction with store visits. Set a rotation of 2 districts to be full 3 day visited per week as possible/needed. All districts should be visited once every four weeks.
- Use Regional knowledge and common sense when planning route to minimize down time and unnecessary costs and maximize quality time with management staff.
- Perform inventory observation visits, a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Provide written inventory observation report to be reviewed with District.
- Retain on file electronically. Customer deliverables o Ensure District schedule is being published 3 weeks in advance to assure field is aware, personally accepted, confirmed for upcoming events.
- Ensure CPH/APH inventories are being evaluated and written solutions discussed/put in place.
- Other duties as directed by your Regional VP of Field Operations, and the Corporate Office.
