- Develop and execute a comprehensive trust-based security strategy to protect our digital infrastructure, data, and assets.
- Leader in global design and implementation of information security principles, ensuring access controls, network segmentation, and identity verification are integrated into all systems and processes.
- Collaborate with global and regional cross-functional teams to ensure continuous monitoring, anomaly detection, and data protection.
- Develop relationships cross functionally to understand business priorities and barriers and work together to create plans that are successfully executed.
- Foster a culture of information security awareness and best practices across the organization.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the information security team, promoting professional growth and a commitment to excellence.
- Champion information security initiatives at all levels of the company, advocating for security as a core business value. Interact directly with Executive Leadership on security strategy, operations, and incident management.
- Lead a regional customer-facing information security team, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Leader in strategy, daily operations, and advancement of the Security Operations functions and focus on proactive threat detection, prevention, and response, through Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Security monitoring, investigations, and Incident Response.
- Support, enhance and assist in maintaining a global incident response plan, ensuring rapid and effective responses to security incidents. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to investigate, contain, and remediate security breaches. - Required:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- 10-15 years related experience, plus a minimum of 5 years management experience required.
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Occasional business travel required, Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed, On-call hours as needed
