Job Description:
Primary Talent Partners has a SHORT-TERM W2 contract for an Analyst with our great consulting management client.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder - No C2C/No Sponsorship.
- Pay: $24-26/hr
- Location: Remote BUT Candidates MUST be within driving distance to either Irving, TX or the Ft. Myers, FL for consideration
- Assignment Length: W2 contract through 12/31/2024, possible extension based on performance and needs/budget of team, etc.
- Part Time Assignment, up to 20 hours per week.
- Interview process to consist of 1-2 rounds of video interviews.
Responsibilities:- Manage the weekly enhancements and service updates process:
- Once a week, log into Community and pull service updates and enhancements reports as an excel files
- Put the reports into our format on Google Drive
- Remove "not applicable” items, assign each line item to the correct resource
- Send weekly service updates and enhancements email to Product Leads
- Monitor activity, look out for comments and items that required immediate action or support and escalate to appropriate person
- Repeat weekly
- Testing assistance:
- Assist product leads by conducting cross-testing in Workday
- Follow test scripts/cases in Workday to ensure new functionality/enhancement are working as expected
- Document test results in Jira
Job skills required:- Excel and Google Sheets (vlookups, pivots, data filters)
- Google Drive
- Microsoft Outlook
- HR system experience (Workday preferred but not required)
- Jira (preferred but not required)
