Project Manager - The Drawing Room ATL

We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning, logistics, and delivery of our design projects. You’ll play a critical role in coordinating timelines, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring the smooth execution of every phase, from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage design project progress, including vendor orders, timelines, and client communication.
• Oversee finances, including invoicing, deposits, and tracking expenses.
• Collaborate with clients to define project goals and ensure expectations are met.
• Promote The Drawing Room to real estate agents and the design community.
• Manage our Chairish account, including inventory, sales, and order coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and suppliers.
• Track orders, schedule deliveries, and ensure smooth installations.
Qualifications:
• Degree in hospitality, PR, management, or a related field.
• Proven project management experience, ideally in design or event planning.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in software including Studio Designer, ClickUp, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, DocuSign, and Google Sheets.
