Third Party Risk Analyst II/Contracts Management Analyst II
Location: 100% Remote (Must be in Texas, San Antonio highly preferred)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
About the Role:
As a Third Party Risk Analyst II/Contracts Management Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our third-party relationships. You will be responsible for managing contracts, assessing vendor risk, and driving compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs.
- Ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Third Party Risk Assessment:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments of third-party vendors.
- Evaluate vendor's financial stability, reputation, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor vendor performance.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and regulatory data sources (FFIEC, OCC, Federal Reserve Board, CFPB, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for third-party relationships.
- Advise stakeholders on regulatory implications and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and address contract-related needs.
- Provide expert guidance on contract terms and risk management.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or contract management
- Proven experience with NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and other contract types
- 3+ years of experience with relevant regulatory compliance and data sources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive solutions across organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in aiding stakeholders to define requirements and draft service level agreements
- Vendor management lifecycle experience
- Expertise in scorecard creation and risk questionnaire development
- Experience in developing due diligence documentation
