Alexander Technology Group is seeking an IT Specialist for a permanent opening with one of our clients in northern MA. The IT Specialist will serve as the sole dedicated IT support resource internally at the client and will work with an IT Director and a 3rd party IT services company to support users and optimize technical offerings. This position is onsite every day.
Qualifications Include
- 3+ years of IT experience including experience providing tier I and II level support.
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Basic familiarity with Windows servers and networking.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work with technical and non-technical stake holders.
- Degree in the IT field preferred.
