BEST Crowd Management is looking for a Director of Stadium Security to oversee security and guest services in the Northeastern United States. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Champion company policies and recommend enhancements to ensure the highest standards of operational integrity.
- Lead regional operations with a focus on vulnerability mitigation, incident response, and risk assessments, showcasing your expertise in high-stakes environments.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with company procedures, including recruiting, hiring, security licensing, training, scheduling, event day operations, and administrative tasks.
- Act as the go-to escalation point for client and employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints, using your strategic leadership to prevent future issues.
- Implement innovative, cost-effective strategies that enhance service quality for clients and employees, always seeking ways to improve.
- Engage proactively with customers to continuously improve satisfaction, meeting regularly to ensure their needs are met and fostering strong relationships.
- Promote collaboration between regions, sharing best practices and driving continuous growth through your leadership and innovative solutions.
- Supervise and mentor direct reports (Area Managers, Account Managers, Assistant Account Managers, Recruiting Assistants, and Line Level Staff), maintaining high morale, skills proficiency, and productivity.
- Maintain a positive public image by resolving issues and complaints in your assigned markets, demonstrating leadership in public relations.
- Assist Account Managers with event staffing recommendations and estimates, providing strategic oversight.
- Develop, implement, and manage best practices for security and fan conduct at facilities, leading by example.
- Make decisive decisions and communicate effectively with security staff during emergencies, showcasing your leadership in critical situations.
- Adhere to budget constraints, including overtime, labor percentages, profit rate, open post rate, regional revenue, and invoice collections, demonstrating financial leadership.
- Perform other duties as required, always leading with integrity and excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in crowd management at major athletic stadiums, arenas, and nationally recognized entertainment venues, with a focus on business management.
- Proven track record in managing multiple branch office locations with an emphasis on financial performance.
- Background in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- Demonstrated success in rapidly growing a business to become a market leader.
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 50%.
- Ability to pass thorough state and federal background checks and drug screenings
