Our client, a reputable company with 15 years of success in the industry, is seeking an experienced IT Staffing Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of selling and mentoring a team of four account managers, guiding them through advanced sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership in Sales Management: Demonstrate proven expertise in IT staffing sales to drive team performance.
- Mentorship: Teach and mentor account managers on specific sales strategies to enhance their effectiveness.
- Business Growth: Collaborate with ownership to increase company revenue from $30 million to $50 million over the next three to four years.
- Branch Development: Lead initiatives to grow the branch through effective selling and team development.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in IT staffing sales management.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Proven track record of growing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000.
- On-Target Earnings: $150,000 at quota.
