The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the organization
- Work closely with the Board and Executive team to establish long-term goals
- Create and implement business strategies to ensure financial stability and growth
- Oversee all operational activities and manage a team of senior executives
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence
- Represent the organization externally, building relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community
- Maintain regulatory compliance and monitor performance metrics
- Drive organizational success through effective decision-making and resource allocation
- Lead the integration of merchant/corporate/investment banking business with retail commercial banking operations
- Spearhead the organization's digital banking strategy
Requirements
- Master's degree required; ACCA or CFA qualifications are advantageous
- 10+ years of senior managerial experience in the banking sector
- Extensive experience in retail and commercial banking
- Strong understanding of digital banking trends and technologies
- Proven track record in leading teams through organizational change and integration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and networking skills
- Proficiency in office suite software
